黄颖

黄颖,男,福建宁德人,副教授。北京理工大学和佐治亚理工学院联合培养博士,比利时鲁汶大学博士后。在国内外期刊和会议上发表论文40余篇,学术专著1部(合著)。主要研究领域为专利计量、文献计量、技术管理与技术预测、科技评价与科技政策。
